Our pets love is eternal, the way we celebrate them should be as well. Whether your best buddy is currently bounding around the backyard or has crossed the rainbow bridge, you can have them with you, as they are or where. We create your Eternal Bust from pictures you submit, no two sculptures are the same. Your pet is unique – we create all their detail, down to that unruly tuft of hair or goofy smile.

Shipping
Standard production time is 4 weeks from the time the order is confirmed. Each piece is created on demand. Delivery time is dependent on the shipping carrier and method you choose. We may be able to rush your order for an additional fee – please contact us with your timeframe at Sales@eternalsculptures.com
Returns
If something is wrong, we’ll make it right. Please get in touch wit us at support@eternalsculptures.com and let us know. Our USA based customer support team will work with you to fix any issue.
Returns will be accepted for up to 14 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:
- Received the wrong item
- Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging)
- Item had defects
The returned product(s) must be returned with the original packaging, safety wrapped and undamaged. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
